dish and discussion of the latest news and events from the U.S. political scene
With two weeks to go until the convention, Obama has suffered another hard week with Republican attacks, media backlash, and excitement surrounding Hillary’s name being placed into nomination. As McCain’s “Celebrity” attacks gain traction, Obama continues to slump and stumble to get an edge in the polls. How odd that the “Obama brand” is the key to beating Obama. This election just keeps getting more strange. Between Paris Hilton’s political ad and the John Edwards affair fiasco, could it get any more bizarre? Yes, Howard Dean and the DNC have stepped up their efforts to spread misinformation about the nominating process for placing Hillary’s name into nomination. Luckily, Hill’s delegates are fighting back and organizing themselves with some help from PUMA and PUMA sympathizers.
